This privacy policy statement applies to the information collected online through www.prudentmart.com, Eurekairos Inc. microsites or mobile sites, or mobile applications Eurekairos Inc. provided for download to your mobile device that expressly adopt, and display or link to, this policy (collectively our “Websites”), via our telephone support lines, our emails, our text messages, or through our Social Media Pages.

What Is Personal Information

Information We Collect Online

We collect general information about our visitor’s experience with our Websites. The information collected includes which pages our visitors are viewing on our Websites and whether visitors arrived through a link for our Websites. It also includes information on the type of browser and service provider used and may be used as described below under “Using Information We Collect Online”. Location Information
Our Websites provide features, such as a store locator service, if you have enabled the location-based services on your mobile device. The features on our Websites that require determining your location may make use of the GPS information on your mobile device. Sometimes we use other information, such as your IP address or nearby wireless access points or cell phone tower locations, to roughly estimate where you are to provide you the feature on our Websites that requires understanding where you are located. If you use one of the features on our Websites that require locating you, we will collect and process your location data for this purpose. If you do not consent to or disable location-based services we may ask you to manually select the region where you are located, or to enter your zip code to find a nearby store; if you chose not to provide this information some features of the Websites may not be available.

Contact Us and Click to Chat
If you complete a general “Contact Us” form or use the Click to Chat feature on our Websites (for example, to comment on or ask questions about our merchandise), we may collect your name, email address, and any information that you provide in the text of your message(s).

Sending Electronic Postcards or Emailing an Item to a Friend
When you send an electronic postcard or email an item to a friend from our Websites, the designated recipient will receive your name and email address, as well as any information you entered in the message. The email address information provided by you, as the sender, is not used for any promotional purposes by us or our affiliate companies, nor is such information rented, sold or exchanged with third parties, except as specified below under “Sale or Merger.” We do not review any information provided in the message content.

Subscribe
If you choose to receive emails, product alert emails or text messages from Eurekairos Inc., we will collect your email address or mobile phone number, and you may provide your name, gender, month and day of birth. We will also collect your email address or mobile phone number, if you choose to send us an email or a text message.

Creating an Account
You are given the opportunity to create an account on our Websites. Creating an account allows you to then set up an address book, make a Wish List, and enjoy “quick checkouts” by having us automatically enter your billing address, preferred shipping information, and payment details. Creating an account requires you to enter your email address, first and last name, and to create a password, and allows you to provide other personal information such as billing and shipping addresses, telephone number, payment details, birthday month and day, and gender. In addition, if you have created an account, you will be able to view your order details when you log into your account.

To request to have your account cancelled, please use the Contact Us section of the Help page and include the email address of the account you wish to cancel

Creating Wish Lists
When you visit our Websites online store you may create and send a Wish List. Your friends and family who receive the Wish List will be able to see your desired items, as well as make purchases directly from that list. The email address information of the recipient(s) provided by you in the Wish List feature is not used for any promotional purposes by us or our affiliate companies, nor is such information rented or sold to or exchanged with third parties, except as specified below under “Sale or Merger”. Recipients of a Wish List, however, will have the opportunity to elect to sign up for email from us and we will then use that email address to send information about our products and promotions.

Purchasing at the Online Store
If you purchase merchandise through our Websites, we will gather personal information (i.e., name, billing and shipping address information, email address, telephone number, and payment card information), as well as information about your purchases on our Websites, which we may combine with your store purchase information.

Personal Information You Allow Us to Collect from Your Social Media Accounts
To create an account on our Websites or to participate in certain features, our Websites may allow you to choose to let us access information from accounts you have created on social media sites such as Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram, and other similar sites (“Personal Social Media Accounts”). If you chose to allow us access to your Personal Social Media Accounts, Eurekairos Inc. could collect some, and possible all, of the data in the Personal Social Media Account to which you grant access. Depending on the terms of the social media site, this information could include: your name, email address, profile picture, gender, networks, user ID, list of friends, birthday, likes, education history, work history, current city, hometown, interests, relationship status, and location. Once you grant this permission, Eurekairos Inc. will be able to continue to be linked to the permitted Personal Social Media Account and collect information without a further request for permission, which could include later revisions to existing information or new types of information that you add. If you no longer want your Personal Social Media Account(s) linked to our Websites, click on the ‘disconnect’ link located on our Websites near the corresponding social media button and we will stop collecting this information. You may also be able to stop our ability to link to information in your Personal Social Media Account by following instructions provided on the applicable social media sites.

This privacy policy does not cover the privacy and security practices of social media sites where you have Personal Social Media Accounts. Please review privacy policies and terms of service on the social media sites if you have any questions about their privacy or security practices.

Surveys
We collect the information when you fill out a survey offered on our Websites or in emails. This information will assist us in gathering feedback from you in order to improve our Websites and continue to offer features that you prefer.

User-Generated Content
We collect personal data from you when you submit content to our Websites, Apps or Social Media Pages, such as comments, product reviews, pictures, or videos.

Personal Information collected by the social media sites: This privacy policy does not cover the privacy and security practices of the social media sites on which Eurekairos Inc. has Social Media Pages. The social media sites where Eurekairos Inc. has Social Media Pages may provide aggregate information and analysis to Eurekairos Inc. about your use of our Social Media Pages. This allows us to better understand and analyze our user growth, general demographic information about the users of our Social Media Pages, and interaction with content on our Social Media Pages. Overall, this information may be used to help us understand the types of visitors and users of our Social Media Pages and use of the content.

Information Collected via Telephone Support
We may collect personal information from you when you contact us via telephone. This will include any information that you may provide us over the telephone about yourself or the issue you are contacting us about. Information We Share With Third Parties

  1. Email Addresses and Purchase Information

If you sign up to receive email from our affiliated companies, we will share your email address with the affiliated companies you selected so that they may send you promotional materials about their products. Processing and Storage Outside of Canada
The information that you provide to us is sent to us in the United States. We have security procedures in place to ensure the safety of your personal data when it is transferred to the United States.
